At BlueSolCloud, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver reliable and high-quality RDP, VPS, and Dedicated Server services. However, if you face any genuine issues with our service, we offer a limited refund policy under specific conditions mentioned below.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
For eligible services, BlueSolCloud offers a 24-hour Money-Back Guarantee for new customers who experience valid issues with their service.
To request a refund within the 24-hour period:
You must clearly explain the issue you are facing.
Our technical team will investigate and attempt to resolve the problem.
If the issue is proven to be from our side and remains unresolved, a refund will be issued.
Note: Transaction fees and setup fees are non-refundable.
Refund requests will be rejected if the reason falls under any of the points below:
Lack of knowledge on how to use RDP/VPS services.
Poor or unstable internet connection on the customer’s side.
Technical or hardware issues at the customer’s end that prevent proper use of our services.
Issues caused due to third-party software, tools, bots, or add-ons.
If a 3rd-party bot/software fails, crashes, or is corrupted, the customer must contact the respective provider.
Refunds are not applicable for Admin/USA RDP service categories.
No refunds will be processed for Dedicated Servers once they are provisioned or delivered.
Invalid, fraudulent, or unreasonable refund claims will be rejected.
BlueSolCloud strictly prohibits the use of any service for illegal activities including, but not limited to:
Hacking
Brute-forcing
Spam or mass mailing tools
Fraud, phishing, carding, or illegal automation
Any violation of our Terms of Service will result in service suspension without refund.
No refunds are provided for Admin Access RDP plans.
Occasional server maintenance may occur, and servers may restart during this period.
Video encoding or rendering is not allowed on Admin RDP servers.
No refund policy applies for Private RDP servers.
If there is a hardware-level issue on the server, we will fix it as soon as possible.
Setup time varies per plan; no refund claims will be accepted during the setup time.
VPN/Proxy usage is strictly prohibited on all plans except Dedicated Servers. Violations void refund eligibility.
Note 1: If you violate our Terms of Service (ToS), no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
Note 2: By making a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to our ToS & Refund Policy. Refunds requested via payment gateways (PayPal/Bank/UPI, etc.) will be evaluated based on this policy.
Note 3: If you do not agree with our Refund Policy or Terms, please do not place an order.
Note 4: For Refunds, payment gateway processing fees will be deducted — this includes card/PayPal processing charges.
Note 5: If a PayPal dispute or chargeback is opened, your account will be permanently restricted from using the same payment method on our platform in the future. Refund completion may take 3–5 business days after approval.
Note 6: No refunds on Residential RDP plans. If the IP assigned stops working, a replacement IP can be provided for an additional fee.
If you believe your case qualifies for a refund, please open a support ticket through the client portal with all relevant details. Our team will respond and assist you promptly.
